    But it might be a bit too "spaced" for me lol
    At least the theme, and that´s how they cut in the boots thing lol, looks like someone is spreading it

  3. and I watched the same one Sergio did. The one i've saw is the one with corresponding to the above screenshots and it's not much to shout about.

    I haven't yet watched the other version but I already prefer it

  5. i assume the other version has the pop-art feel to it like we saw in those previous screen shots, that looks better to me actually than the space/wtf science fiction? thing going on

Ive been listening to the beach clip (people dont yell at me) and i think the beach clip is probably better than the actual song that was released. :O Mainly because the song in the beach clip has more/longer verses from what i hear. The rhythm of Bonos voice sounds better than the final cut. -_- and the chorus was only "Sexy Boots" so i think that the finished song is less risky than it was originally I Love bonos voice on the beach clip. its awesome in the final song but its lesss.

    Thats my rant for the day.
  8. Nah, the new version is better, more guitar and drums, more rock, has less of the drunk guy rambling & improvising lyrics feel to it, which is what the BC version verses sounded like.

    And the BC still has the jarring 'you don't know how beautiful you are' chorus, not just 'sexy boots' as you suggest..
    So really it has nothing over the final version. Unless you're listening to a clip that isn't GOYB.
  9. There more or less the same but Im surprised that a lot of bonos lyrics got dropped from the final because on the beach clip it sounds like hes singing a lot more. Yea the new ones better but im just picking on bono and how little he sings on the final version.

    Yeah he does sing a lot more in the original, I prefer the more structured verses in the new version though. It's impossible to decipher the lyrics in the BC anyway, so we can't know if the lyrics are better.

    What don't you like about his singing in the new one? The verses or the chorus?
    Other than the chorus, for me the only other vocals that don't work are the 'submarine/ gasoline bit' where he sounds too high and a bit silly.

  12. Why does the video remind me a bit of Scissor Sisters lol? I really like it though, fits the song well.
