    Fans should be the most critical.

    Can you actually see the One stamp on the wristbands, or just a nondescript white wristband?

    I don't care too much about videoclips, unless they're standout. I'll try and watch it to see if it is 'cringey', I hate everything cringeworthy with a passion.

    I think it rocks, Nothing about this video bothers me at all, I'm just happy to see the band out again, with new music, new sounds, new visuals...

    YAY!!! I'm sooo excited!! The album can't be released soon enough!!!
  4. I like the vid, Bono is kinda fun in it. The wristband is cool because of the awesome hand, so I don't mind it.

    The video is ok, like the song. Not exceptional. Vertigo's was better.

    But it's weird. Since ever, U2 has always been about things greater and more important than music.

    On War Tour, we had famous white flag. Then we had LiveAid performance. Then, broadcast from Sarajevo during ZooTV shows. PopMart in Sarajevo. Improvisations during SBS on Elevation. Speeches on Vertigo tour before performances of One and Miracle Drug.

    This time there's ONE wrist band in the video for few seconds. I wouldn't even notice it if I haven't read it in this thread. 95% of the people, I guarantee, will not notice it.

    And now everybody cringe like U2 has done something like that for the first time. They're doing this for almost 30 years, just in different ways. It's part of the fact why U2 is U2.

  9. I watched that high-quality video on Universal Music for few times just to notice those three letters and I didn't see anything except white wrist band.

    It's paradox...other celebrities gets blamed for spending their time and money on themselves and stupid things while Bono and Edge and even Larry and Adam spend their money for greater causes and they get blamed as much as celebrities I mentioned first. I just don't understand.

    Sarajevo is different. The band didn't go there to to save Sarajevo, they went to show them a good night (which they did). Is there a problem here with me just hoping for the video to be about the band and the music and not all the other stuff we hear so much about at shows etc?

    It will be about band and music if you want to. I watch video and I don't notice hardly noticeable wrist band.

    On the other hand, I understand that such symbols will always be there with U2. Because they always were there with U2.
