1. That's Germany. I expect we Dutchies can buy it tomorrow. So sneak over the border to buy it here

  2. haha, good idea venlo's 35 minutes from where I live. might be worth the drive!
  3. concerning the lyrics.. any guesses already what it's about?
it kind of made me think of gloria.. is he singing about his muse?
  4. You can hear Will I Am's voice at the end of the song pretty well, listen to the last ''No, no line on the horizon'' part (the one that sounds a bit distorted) Well, thats his voice
  5. NLOTH2, for those interested is 4.05. The album version is 4.14; go figure.
  6. If someone has some spare time to help fellow U2 fans, check the e-mail address thread, maybe you can forward my mail. I'm heading home, gonna hear the song in full volume.
  7. Take Bono's annoying voice and the silly oh oh ohs from it and you have a decent track...
Pretty much the same instrumentation on loop over and over again which makes it seem very long...

Are we sure that this isn't Until the end of the world 2?
  8. Cool song
But I do hope the album version will be better.

The chorus didn't work out very well imo, 'No line on the horizon' sounds way too long for a chorus, but overall I'm pretty satified

Album version will be better I think. That's why they putted this alternate track on the single.
  10. NLOTH - 2 is more uptempo I think, and has a heavier sound. If I listen to the 30 sec snippets....

  11. The album version is slightly slower, the ending is a little different and the instrumentation on the b-side is "pepped up" a little.
Overall minor differences - that's what someone says who knows both tracks.
  12. Just listened to it at full volume at home, and I LOVE IT.
It's a great track, and I absolutely love the fast 'ohohohohoh'-parts.

Still I think Bono sings it too high sometimes, but it's a great uptempo song this way. Can't stop listening.
