1. I'm seeing triple here
  2. It think it's very different than GOYB song- wise. GOYB delivers unexpected pace changes every few seconds almost to a point of seeming assembled collage- style. NLOTH2 is much straighter, there's basically a straight rhythm and harmony progression from beginning to end. I think on an album you need both kinds of songs - plus something in- between.

I didn't recognize Bono's vocals until the chorus. That's the part I don't get. Why does he try to sound so un- Bonish? Bad idea.

Once again - great guitar riff and sound.

  3. This song is shit.
The riff is just Lady With The Spinning Head.
Bono does not sing, he just tries to cry.
    The chorus is poor.
The final chorus is just fucking weird with those word by word shoutings.
    Generally this is shit

calm down, it's just a song
  5. Love it! Bono's voice sounds great! I can hear a bit of Muse in the song! Much better song than Boots!
  6. and I say it again: bono's voice probably sounds weird because it got sped up to the song, which is originally slower.
  7. Yeah Yeah Yeah !!!!

  8. That's wat came up in my mind too when I heard it this morning, let's wait for the original. The remix was nice, but maybe the album version will be great.

Great beat, great sound, and it's catchy. I wouldn't have minded if this was the album version. I can't understand the critical comments about Bono's voice - he sounds great - and the allegations of older songs being flogged. To me this is a unique sound and bears no resemblance whatsoever to any Achtung era tune. And contrary to other opinions I happen to love the somewhat understated chorus. Unlike Boots it was an instant hit with me. But that's just me.

    Me too aussie

Snippets of the album version sounds better to me actually. Less of the same like the remix.
