1. I lost my virginity trough headphones
  2. Wow!

All I can say. It's very good. I love the song Magnificent, Moment Of Surrender, Stand Up Comedy and Breathe. They'll become classic. But I don't like No Line On The Horizon (I think the b-side version was better), White As Snow, and (of course) Get On Your Boots.
It's one of their best studiowork, but I think it's short. I think more one or two songs could fit on this album. And Cedars Of Lebanon is a good song, but not a good album endig song, after Grace or Yahweh.
Anyway, it did affirmed me to buy the box set. Now I'm waiting the tour!
  3. has anyone not listened to it yet? I haven't, trying not to
  4. Only point of critic so far, is "oh" the new "kneel"? It's really an overkill sometimes.
  5. Have to agree on the Wow! This album has some amazing songs on it. Don't wanna hype it too much before listening to it some more but in my opinion this is the best U2 album in long time.
  6. GOYB does sound a little out of place, oh well, I still like love it
  7. about to listen, need to prepare. this needs to be ceremonial. dim lights, wine, candles etc .....be back with impressions

    Thats basically what I'm doin

  9. It really doesn't fit the album at all. My least favourite track on the otherwise brilliant album. I wish they would have left GOYB in the studio. Well, I can uncheck it iTunes so no problem there really. Can't compalin cause the good stuff is so damn good.
  10. purely on first listen it comes in behind AB, JT, Zooropa, Pop and Boy (in no particular order). Kinda liking it though

  11. That's (for me) probably the best thing you could have said. Would have been worried if you loved it straight off.

    Still not listened
