Fernando was a Spanish student who was one of a group taking part in a student exchange programme to Buncrana, County Donegal, Republic of Ireland. He was from Madrid. His parents travelled to Omagh to bring home his body. The Spanish ambassador also travelled to Ireland to help with the arrangements.
Images of the bombing appeared on the screen, but that wasn't the most moving moment (since here in Spain we're customary to bombs on streets...).
The most moving were the single-victims history (the ones posted here by Drew...). The woman pregnant, the spanish kid, the granmother...

Sad, sad history.
Anyway it resulted to be an excellent film, called Omagh. Highly recommended. It shows what's on the mind of the terrorists... Bastards.
