1. I don't get what that lyric means in that song either. Does he just chuck it in for good measure like with Elevation etc.

    No idea. Wrong thread.

Or personal opinion. Pack it in Lyndon. Let the man make his own mind up when he gets to listen himself. We get it, you're a bit disappointed. I'm not. End of.

And that's why I'm so interested in what you and everyone else is hearing that I'm not.

Has anyone read my dissection of MoS yet either? If they have do they agree/disagree with my points.

    See reply in relevant thread.

What you're doing criticizing my view is not interest in other opinions. It's trying to sway people's opinion because you can't except that it doesn't match your own.

This album is what I've wanted since Pop. That SYCMIOYO, COBL, Kite have only touched upon. My opinion, my view, my tastes.

    Magnificent is equal to Streets
    NLOTH is equal to ISHFWILF
    MOS is equal to WOWY.

No other album has come close. Not even AB.

I find it too hard to judge on previous songs, albums etc.

Magnificent is right up there for me on this album, just a brilliant track, but when JT came out, Streets had a similar effect, but now, with Streets being 22 years old [can u believe that!!!], it doesn't still have that innitial excitement of a brilliant new song like with Magnificent, and whilst Streets has lasted the test in time, we can't say the same YET for songs from this record, although i get a strong feeling it will.

Same goes with the other comparesments, whilst NLOTH & MOS are awesome new songs, it's just too hard to say it's equal to or as good as etc, for me, the entire JT album is a classic no doubt, and this new album could very well be as good in time, right now though, it's the most exciting U2 album out, and an extremely enjoyable one at that.

My only problem, is that the album just can;t get enough plays, i hope i don't over do it....LOL

  6. I, too, finally get the feeling that nloth is a bloody short album for some reason.
it doesn't feel that long at all.

  7. Well, I mean Being Born obviously. I truly love it. Can't get enough.

I do really like MOS, NLOTH and Magnificent (5-star songs) too if that helps

All very true. I did initially qualify the statement when I first made it with 'at the moment'.

  9. Lets just hope that "moment" lasts for a very long time!!!!!

I get the feeling it will.
