1. Friday Feb 27:
U2 are going to be a little busy. Firstly, they appear on BBC Radio 1. Jo Whiley's show begins from 10am and U2 are doing a Live Lounge session that reportedly will include Get On Your Boots, a "vintage" U2 song, and as is normal on Live Lounge, a cover. Later, U2 appear live on Chris Evans' drivetime show on BBC Radio 2, which begins from 5pm. This will include an interview in the first hour, then Evans has hinted at something special in the second hour. Rumours suggest this might be a secret mini-concert in London. Then later in the evening, Jonathan Ross's show goes to air on BBC One at 10:30pm, immediately followed by an extended edition of the U2 episode of The Culture Show on BBC Two at 11:30pm.

I don't have a answer for your question, but Our Remy is maybey a guest in London when he wins a contest. Please read this article.
Let support our Biggest U2 fan and owner of this site.

Last week I was listening Dutch radio channel 3FM at work, they were allowed to send one fan to London on friday to attend the recordings for the BBC radio performances. As far as I can tell, a lot of countries in the EU have similar stuff. I signed up for it, and mentioned U2start.com as the reason why I should go to London; I even made a site for them, what a big fan am I

How I could win was easy, from saturday till tuesday they would call up fans in the morning. When 3FM called, you should answer with: ME TOO. And this morning I was sleeping with my girlfriend next to me, and suddenly the Mojito tune started playing (my lovely ringtone ). I saw it was a private number and before I could realise it could be the radio station it stopped. Luckily two minutes later it began again, and without thinking I said: ME TOO. And yes, it was 3FM and I was in for the final show in wednesday. If I win that, they're flying me of to London to attend an intimate U2 concert.

And, best of all, they talked about U2start.com with me! Great publicity! Oh, and I get the new album.. the total of albums I will have is now 3 haha. But great to win of course

Now, wednesday is the day, I am gonna be called in the morning and then I probably should answer a few questions on U2. When I answer them better than other fans I will fly to London on friday! Whether I win or not, this is a great thing

The Dutchies, and other people too, can listen to it on wednesday. Make sure you tune in and support me In a few hours you can listen it back here: http://www.3fm.nl/page/3fm_uitzendinggemist/dag/zondag They called me around 9:30.

  6. Well I've registered for tickets. Hopefully I can nab a pair.
  7. BBC, I salute you. Full Moment Of Surrender on the radio. Awesome
  8. I'm actually quite liking Bono at the moment. He sounds quite self-depreciating.
