1. So when do these become available?
  2. I bought the Deluxe from iTunes Australia yesterday.

Linear is like a 60min silent film with the album as a soundtrack, only that the tracklist has 12 songs and the order is mixed up.

What's those bonus songs like? Any good?
  4. My borders.com said it shipped, but estimated delivery is the 5th

  5. The Australian deluxe set has only 1 bonus track proper;

No Line on the Horizon (Version 2) - not as polished as album version and contains an additional verse or bridge

    also contains

    PDF booklet
    Get Your Boots on Video
Linear (60m Movie) - the additional track on here is Winter
  6. iTunes pre-order for both versions, box set on amazon, fye pre-order to pick up my cd, and now on the hunt to find that east Boston starbucks.....

Problem is...I'm not in Boston for a few...I'm in a town south of Boston living with my friend...long story short I'll have to look locally for it
  7. wow what a day (s) bought the cd and the vinyl, only to find the vinyl is damaged !!!
went back, looked at the other copies, got to take two home to check, and all of them have serious damaged beginnings, at each labelside at the start there is clearly visible damage, and overall on the records you see marks from the handling process, dont know if this is only with the dutch vinyls ??
strange cause they get normally pressed by record industry in haarlem holland,
besides visible, the scratches are audible too !!! very annoying, even tjough it only is the first 20 or so seconds, but with a song as white as snow that is annoying ..... hell, now I want to order two copies from somewhere else, uk, or so ... and bring these back, can you advise me if the uk or us versions are having these marks and scratches too ???
    thanx, paul

Let me know if you have any success as I was considering heading over there too to look for it but I really hate Starbucks. I will have to hold my breathe the whole time I'd be in there.

i probably won't be able to until monday...my parents aren't in town this weekend and they don't trust me with the house...just my luck
  10. Just picked up my copy at a small record store in Brooklyn, New York
The place always sells albums a week early! It feels great to have the cd in my hands!!!!

Absolutely. Though the exact same thing! It reminds me of a South Park episode where Cartman forms a Christian rock band. They are posing for the album cover and Cartman says" Everyones supposed to look in different directions and appear uninterested this way we look cool" lol
