1. Okay guys, this is just a rumour, but I read in a national newspaper that the opening act for the next tour is gonna be Sasha Campbell, a girl from my country.
I have never heard her music

I think it's bullshit because they also said there were gonna be 250 concerts lololol
They also said the tour's name would be No Line On The Horizon

If you can read Spanish, here's an article from the newspaper

    As I said, I say it's bullshit

this isnt going to turn in get the support band off the tour,

like kol was years ago on thier last tour.

i cant believe how many people wanted kol off thier american leg of the tour.

on u2.com.there were so many people hateting kol.i couldnt believe it.

kol were and are a brilliant band, and they got slated on the u2.com forums back in 2005.

who cars who the support will be at the end of the day anyway.im paying my money to see u2 if im lucky enough to get a ticket.

  3. Hell yeah it would!
I'd like to see Arcade Fire, KOL, or even the Killers, but after what Brandon said about U2, that may not happen lol

Amy MacDonald would also be cool imo.

Elbow is going out on the road with Coldplay.......

I'd like to see Keane again....

  6. Yeah, I like Muse too much to see them as u2's bitch, but muse like u2, so maybe its possible.
  7. Why is everyone just listing the up-and-comers? U2s best opener ever (Pearl Jam) came from has-been land. Who else would you like to see from this mythical place? I'd enjoy Cheap Trick, or maybe Third Eue Blind.
  8. Muse would be very cool indeed, but not a chance. Too big. Totally different style than U2. And we don't want a support act that's better than U2. (Not that Muse are better, but if U2 fucks up that night you're gonna have to admit Muse was better )

DerBfreund: that girl you named is probably just for a Mexico gig or so, not for a complete leg (IF she already is a possibility).

I keep placing my bets on REM
  9. My Morning Jacket
  10. Editors
  11. the reunited Blink 182, anyone?

or maybe Angels and Airwaves, coz they're influenced by U2 and aren't too big to open for them.

or the Goo Goo Dolls, coz those guys are insane.
