1. You got a video? I think you should have got GOYB Punk version too....

  2. No punk version. Thats the only reason I pre-ordered it. Its just 12 tracks plus the booklet.

  3. I did. I got the Crookers Remix of GOYB and NLOTH #2.
  4. Just heard the album from begining to end!!

I really think this is quite a powerful album. I love the use of different sounds and creative musical expression. The band really have something Great in this album. It's representive of life in different states of being! It's very deep and in some ways profound (for me anyway)!!

My final verdict is that this album is F******ing Brilliant, Brilliant!!!

  5. I wonder if there are people feeling like me that U2 is writing history again the last few weeks?

The album is unbelievable good. And it's full of love songs. They seem to enjoy the promo tour a lot. Edge jumping up and down, Adam even dancing. Bono climbing on tables to sing his heart out?

Love, joy, grace, power... that's what they are communicating at the moment to my opinion.

It's what I thought when I saw them in Hattem, the Netherlands, May 14th 1982 and it's what I still think: these guys are taken over by a higher force, and I wonder if they are aware of it themselves all the time so much.

Anyhow, It's a fantastic experience and I feel very priviliged to see and hear it happen in my time.

That's great, thanks! Gives me a break from listening to Boston stations all day trying to win tickets for next week's club gig.
  9. We should have a listening party at the same time

  10. Yeah, what is the deal with those things? I can't find info anywhere
  11. Don't know if anyone is interested in it but my dad, who often listens to general pop music, thought Moment Of Surrender was the best tune on it
    He also liked Breathe

I wish my dad listens more U2. He thinks I'm mad I only listen to U2 and Bruce. Although he's a fan too, he disliked Boots (especially the clip) and he is addicted to Working On A Dream hehe.
