Originally posted by LikeASong:[..]Then July gets free for all German, French, Italian etc - shows, can we assume that the first leg will be like this:
End of June - 3rd of July: Spain
5th of July - 23rd of July: Germany, Italy, France, Belgium, (edit, Holland), possible Poland-etc shows
25th of July - 30th of July: Ireland (pressumibly only Dublin)
5th of August - 20th of August: UK (all shows, London, Manchester, etc)
So, the possible range for French, Italian, etc. shows looks ridicully short in comparison to the rumoured only UK dates, doesnt it? I wonder if they will return to middle Europe after touring the UK...

But not this year... Maybe 2010. This year will be just European and North American leg I think...

It makes you think how they can stick with just stadiums, maybe a southern hemisphere leg will follow the European one, trying to follow the summer, then make their way to the USA in 2010, unless they do arenas in North America of course.

New york does have a habit of being skipped, with their gigs being played at giants stadium in East Rutherford. I think Giants Stadium is being closed this year in favour of the new Meadowlands Stadium, also in East Rutherford.
