Ya that sucked, hopefully the cameras from GMA were still rolling and we'll have official video of the songs we got cut from
  5. I've been listening to a stream on internet and there have been full set. I've came late (during Crazy). There was big pause (cca 30 minutes) between Crazy and Beautiful Day.
  6. yea i am hoping since this was on tv that we will get really goood audio and video of the full show

  7. in Mp3, obv.
  8. THIS is why I hate TV news. After 'Beautiful Day,' Bono agreed to do another. He said it was a song 'They'd played a couple times before...' Then the Boston station (and probably all the others) went right to a whole bank of like five straight commercials...totally ruining it. Hey, I know that local TV stations feast on commercials; it's how they live life. But it seems like that is ALL it is about for them...car commercial, car commercial, carpet store commercial, car commercial, furniture store commercial. Nauseating.

Local TV news: It's all about the commercials, and it's why they're losing viewers. If there were a terrorist attack they'd say something like, 'We'll have that story after these important messages.' But the black-eye, I think, goes to the local ABC affiliates rather than GMA.

Aside from that anti-TV-News rant, I thought U2 sounded very good for an impromptu gig with a spartan set-up. 'Magnificent' sounded gorgeous. I thought the sit-down segment with the band was also great; each guy had something topical and meaningful to say, at an hour of the day when they're all normally sound asleep.

Yea money makes the world go round....
There 5 hours ahead in Ireland I think.
  10. GMA performance was great. Best Boots yet, and if they do Crazy like that every night, this is going to be a great tour. I thought Bono sounded really good (better than on Letterman.)
  11. here's GOYB from this morning

not great quality but it's a start
