1. Something has been on my mind for this up coming tour, possible called U2 360. I love the new songs and U2 has so much great stuff to work with and they always give us 100 percent every night. Now SUNDAY BLOODY SUNDAY is one of my favorite songs BUT why DO I NOT WANT THEN TO PLAY IT LIVE THIS UPCOMING TOUR? The Vertigo set usually went down like this - LOVE PEACE OR ELSE - SUNDAY BLOODY SUNDAY (SNIPPETS OF MANY SONGS) - BULLET THE BLUE SKY (SNIPPETS OF MORE SONGS) then slow into RUNNING TO STAND STILL.
Do we really need almost half the concert to be a mix up of these songs and I remind you that U2 has always surprised us and I don't think they would repeat the same speech and symbolic act of the flare and CO-EXIST speech again. We're ready for something new and awesome!
During the POPMART tour, Edge sometimes sang Sunday solo stlye and it was special and during ZOOTV Sunday was hardly ever played at all. Remember Elevation tour and Sunday was played just by itself and it was amazing every time!
I would love to see songs like TWILIGHT, GONE, GLORIA, UNFORGETTABLE FIRE, OCTOBER followed by WALK ON would be amazing.
I would like to know your thoughts?
  2. I agree 100%. I also feel that some other songs should be left out this tour as well:

    WOWY
    ONE
BEAUTIFUL DAY (doesnt look like this will happen)
    New Years Day
    Bullet the Blue Sky

    I want:
    2 hearts beat as one
    A sort of homecoming
Even Better than the real thing
    Exit/In Gods Country
    Desire (full bad,electric)
    TUF
  3. We have a topic for this..
