something I meant to ask... how do you folks from my neighboring countries (Holland, France, Ireland, UK) get to Milan? Anyone here who will plan to attend that concert? I'm still not sure whether to go there or not, given it's a long way from here -- but those of you who have already planned things... what's the cheapest and easiest way to get into Milan for the gig? Plane? Train? Car? And what about hotels/hostels ? Any input? I can't decide what to do

Plane, try Ryanair, cheap as hell.

  2. Remy, that's the best tip ever! I just tried, and the complete flight (to Milan and back home) would be 35 Euro only amazing. Thanks!

  5. Spanish (full info)
    English (not complete info)

Quick translation from myself (not the whole text, just the important parts)

The FCBarcelona affiliates who want to attend U2's 30th June show in the Camp Nou Stadium can ask for up to two tickets. They can do that from next Tuesday 17th of March 10AM until Wednesday 18th, at 19PM.

There will be 14'000 tickets available, that means that up to 7'000 members will be able to get two tickets. The prices of the tickets will be 150€, 85€ or 55€, depending on the location on the stadium. If there are more than 7000 sign-ups for the tickets, we will perform a lottery and we'll mail the winners.

Once the selected affiliates get their emails, they will have a code to buy their tickets at www.ticketmaster.es, where there will be a special feature for FCBarcelona members. They willl have to buy them between Saturday 21st 10AM and Monday 23th 16PM of march.
  6. 14000 tickets? Thats substantial
  7. Very indeed.
    14'000 (FBC presale)
    +
    30'000 (U2.Com presale)
    ________
    ~45'000 tickets

Fuck. Half of the stadium won't be available already when the general sale begins. Fuuuuuck
  8. back with another Milan question -- sorry to bore you, folks, but I'm really that close to decide to go there for the concert, I just need to find a place to sleep, so.... those of you who already booked, where will you sleep? Know any cheap places not too far from the stadium? Any help appreciated

the March 21 to 23 dates make sense. It was originally posted that these tickets would go on general sale on March 25... So it makes sense.

I am still puzzled with the UK tickets (originally scheduled for Mar 20 general sale). I heard a rumor that they changed the date so that it wouldnt coincide with any of the Michael Jackson ticket crazyness...

  10. I have a question, when do they usually announce the 2nd leg of the tour? Because coldplay just announce a show in my are and I don't want to waist my money on them if I will be able to buy tickets for the 2nd leg soon. please help!

Is that 30,000 presale allocation official or an estimate ? Not querying your figures but would find it useful to know what each venue's pre-sale allocation is .
  12. Does anyone know how much tickets cost in America?? for like the California show and stuff. an estimate?
