    No dude, that's not contradictory at all. That's what I told Bri when I asked her out back in fall 07. It was hard, because I was asking my best friend of 5 years out... Just be calm, and tell her that you value your friendship, and you would maybe like to take it to a further level. But, if she doesn't want to take it to the relationship level, you'll understand and will still be there for her as a friend.

    Yes, I was planing on setting it up like this: value friendship, I'd like to get to know her better, if not I completely understand. Just a basic outline. However, Friday would be ideal, because after gym we always go to our lockers (our lockers are right next to each other) and that would be the ideal time for me to ask. Not too many people are in the halls, and once locker time is done we go to lunch. Idk, hopefully I can work it in tomorrow, I need to look at my schedule again.

  8. Dude, don't worry about the past. I was gonna ask her out for like three months before I actually had the courage to do it. Needless to say, I kicked myself in the ass a lot for being chicken. lol

    Yeah, I'm not making that big of a deal out of it. In fact, I think that it would be best to wait until Friday.... but I think that if I wait, I'll just chicken out. Anyway, at least you did it and it's over with lol!
