1. I just noticed that both AirLingus and RyanAir have increased their prices for flights to Dublin... seems that a lot more people seem to book tickets now

    Ah just in time
  3. Good little article in this issue of Rolling Stone talking about the U2 360 Tour set design. Says it will take 120 trucks to haul around the staging. Full sound system on all 4 sides, each powerful enough for the entire stadium. 72 separate subwoofers, The claw is 164 feet tall...the largest ever for any stadium show. The Rolling Stones stage set for A Bigger Bang Tour would easily fit inside this baby.

This is going to be spectacular.

Read someplace else that there will be 3 stages on tour as it'll take 5 days to build.
  6. I'm going to Wembley and Don Valley

Sitting quite high up at Wembley so wanted go somehwere smaller, so I can sit a bit closer.

  7. I can't even begin to imagine how big that will be. I can see myself go inside for the first time (which will be Amsterdam) and stare at that huge thing and all I can do is try and keep my jaw from dropping to the floor must be one impressive sight
  8. 50 meters? That's as big as the length of the videoscreen on the Popmart tour. wowow.
  9. 50 meters is insanely huge...
  10. Btw, the roof in Gelsenkirchen is 53,5 meters high... might get tricky.
