1. Just read it back, but I totally agree with Ali

*Removed to prevent us all from throwing up lol*

    What a hottie Angela is

  2. Okay okay, it was not a nice sight at all lol

    Back OT:
Is there actually anyone who dislikes ZooTV? Just wondering
  3. Vertigo is a candidate.
  4. Dont know if I have contributed before but it's Vertigo for me. Just stagnant. Elevation with some colour, promoting a weak album, Bono was weak for the most part. Bar a few (and I mean a select few) shows there just doesnt seem to be any fire in the tour. The Boy material was a nice addition, as was One Tree Hill but other than that it just leaves me cold. A very weak official DVD to go with it doesnt help either. Throw in Bono's lengthy speeches, no lights during Streets, losing their balls by not getting Mofo Up and running and dropping Discotheque early and yadda yadda.

+ fucking up songs like With Or Without You, Mysterious Ways...
There are few up sides too: The Fly, Miss Sarajevo, Electric Company, One Three Hill...

but for the rest I have to agree with you here.

Were they ever really serious about playing Mofo?
  8. They really rehearsed it in Brussels, just before the start of the European leg.

  9. They still might be thinking about then.

I think the Vertigo Tour's been somewhat harshly treated over the past 12 months or so. Granted, it's not among my favourites either but I have to take my hat off to the lads for trying different things during different legs.

The tour featured the most diverse setlists of any before it - and that's a big plus in my book. Some of the classics including Pride, Streets, One and Sunday were all pretty lacklustre but its real strength were the semi-regulars like the Electric Co and the rarities like Gloria and Discotheque.

Have a look at the previous tours and they all followed a very similar script, yes...even ZooTV. There were hardly any surprises, except perhaps a few occasions on Elevation. Popmart would have to be the most predictable setlist U2's ever done. I loved the tour but once you've got one good boot on your iPod, you pretty much have them all.
