i understand about missing the chance, I went ahead and got 2 for Atlanta....and going to wait to see about Raleigh before I use my other 2...fingers crossed
  2. we here in the US are lucky in that sense. Didn't have to use all 4 tickets for the same show. I did the same (used 2, sitting and waiting to see what other dates are announced with the other 2)

Right we have the benefit of using our presale codes for different shows but the availabilty of tickets for US shows has been tough. Ticket reselling that is going on is ridiculous.

It says you have to go through the link of the email to access presale so this presale doesn't seem to be open to public. Cool that I can save on my U2.com presale codes but if everyone else got this email probably going to be a major rush to get tickets today.

Thats what happen, got the code logged in perfectly and got 2 good seats...only thing, every scalper in the US did the same thing and now 1/10 of the stadium can be resold.
  6. Seems that only the upper price seats are al that's left for Croke 3
  7. Has anyone ever put thier code before thier time.?? For example I'm Boots and from the email I understood I'm supposed to be on right now at 4:00pm mountain time, that's in 10 mins. Right???

  8. Hey guys, doesn't matter, I got my GA's for Tampa!!! and I'm sooo Happy!!

The only thing is I was stupid and pressed the retail pickup, Good Idea, but apparently you have to be the vicinity of the state. In my case this would be Florida and I'm in Texas!!
    I didn't realize this!!!

Oh well, Atleast I have the tickets!! Now it's a wait for the Dallas show!!!
    Thanks for your Help everyone!!!

Btw: How have these latest US sales been going, I feel it's been sort of quiet!!

  9. I hope they bring back material from War, UF, and Pop. And no SBS Its time has passed. Seconds would be great though, it seems to fit with NLOTH.
  10. Ok, it's like 14 hours until start of general sale for Zagreb #2 and people are already waiting all over the city in front of the shops.

This is some kind of madness.

  12. U2 shape up for big world tour (The Mirror)

NO WAISTLINE ON THE HORIZON; EXCLUSIVE U2 shape up for big world tour.

Whatever happened to sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll? U2 are preparing for their
next world tour by hitting the treadmills and healthy eating buffets.

Bono, 48, is so determined to keep trim, a private gym, footy pitch and healthy
eating restaurant will be built at every venue.

And the band have already undertaken a gruelling fitness regime so they can roll
back the years for some of their most energetic performances ever.

A source revealed: "The lads used to demand piles of booze. But they've realised
they have to eat the right foods and live a healthy lifestyle.

"This time around they have top health food chefs to prepare them low-carb
snacks and high energy protein shakes.

"Bono and the lads know they can't get away with eating and drinking like they
used to. So they are pulling out all the stops to turn this into the healthiest
    tour ever staged."

Before each gig -- which includes three nights at Croke Park on July 24, 25 and
27 -- the band will warm up by hitting the treadmill.

The insider added: "They will have gym equipment and a sports area complete with
pool tables and even a mini football zone.

"It's going to be like a big kid's playground.

But when you consider they will be on the road for over a year it's important
they have some way of killing the time while they are away."

The band was reportedly asked to shed the pounds before releasing their new
    album.

The source added: "The boys have been told to start exercising all the summer
    weight off.

They are a bit out of shape and they need to tone up and look the part again."

    Last tour demands 2001:

    Champagne
    Jack Daniels
    Curries
    Burgers
    Fries
    Cheese selection
    Guinness
    Expensive wine

    New tour demands 2009:

    Protein shakes
    White egg omelettes
    Low-carb chicken salads
    Energy drinks
    Stir-fried vegetables
    Treadmills
