    Ah, I see.
The music is cheesy, but I like the occasional cheesefest It's not the best song off of Bomb though, OOTS is

Marketing and Law, I have to read a combined 1000 pages by Tuesday
I've only read 4 pages so far.

To tell you the truth, I haven't listened to Crumbs in ages (2-3 years), I just remember not liking it much and as it seems that everyone else here hates it, I decided it was a crap song.

Will have a listen again now and see if my opinion changes.

Marketing?Like economics??Are you in business school or something?
Wow, getting a lot done (Don't worry, I do that sometimes too )
I heard all the crap it was getting on here, so I re-listened to it about 6 months ago, I didn't understand what all the fuss was about, very enjoyable song IMO
  3. Listening to Crumbs:

Around the 20 second mark, don't like the guitar riff with the 'tinkling' in the background.

First verse is interesting, chorus is good, has good yrics "you speak of signs and wonders, but I need something other...', except for the 'cool down mama' part which pulls it down.

    The riff is still cheesy

Second verse is pretty embarassing, 'with a mouthful of teeth you ate all your friends'

Bridge has a good message "whether you live, should not decide whether you live or whether you die' but it's rather unsubtle.

Solo is boring, and I don't like the outro either

I'm afraid that a great song it ain't, 6 or 7 out of 10. Not terrible though, unlike EPAA or something from their early albums.

Well, you don't seem to hate it as much, therefore I feel like I've succeeded
I hate the Cool Down Mama part

  6. Well, it's much easier than what I normally do at uni, so I don't mind it.

Marketing though is just a heap of complicated terms for common sense ideas.

  7. Yeah, the 'cool down mama' part reminds me of the 'sexy boots' line in GOYB.

If they left them out, the song would be much better.

Why don't they just keep it in the common sense terms then??I've never understood it

Haha, Sexy Boots makes it sound so silly GOYB is awesome though

  10. Because it makes it seem more complicated than it actually is if they use jargon. And hence marketers seem smarter, because they use fancy words (eg dissonance reducing buying behaviour) to describe things instead of everyday ones.

I normally do engineering. I do a combined Engineering/Business degree
