If you have an account, log in.
If you don't, create it. You'll receive a confimation email and you're done, you're part of Mediafire.
Once you're logged in, go to the main page. Wait a few seconds and a huge and green UPLOAD FILES TO MEDIAFIRE will appear. Click there, browse to the file on your computer that you want to upload, and then you go to a different page. If you want to upload more files, just click on add more files, and if not, just click on Start upload. Then choose the Mediafire folder in which you want to host the file(s) (you can create new folders each time fo different artists or things, or just keep all the files in the same folder). Upload will start, and in a few minutes (depending on your connection speed, you will have your file uploaded and ready to share. Once the upload is finished you'll have the option to add more files or to view the uploaded file. If you click on the last option, a new page will open, and you'll see your personal folder with the recently uploaded files. Then just choose the one you want to share, copy the URL, paste it... and you're done
Sorry for the extra long explanation, I didn't know how much do you know about internet and upload services. It's really simple. Good luck
