  1. Since many U2 songs have been released in alternative single versions, I would like to know whether there is any other way of obtaining these version without having to buy every U2 single released.

    Perhaps there is some sort of compilation album featuring many of the singles on one album, or other release with several of them on it.

    The Pop singles in particular should be the most interesting since they were in some cases quite redone.
  2. I think the singles are the only way for pure single edits. The Best of 1990 - 2000 had only new mixes, unless that's what you want.

    Most can be picked up on eBay pretty cheaply.

  4. The Fly was on there for a coupla bob. Mysterious Ways single isn't much chop but the early stuff is worthwhile.

  8. If you prefer lossless I suggest you grab them from Ebay or Amazon...
