    Kings of Leon was awesome to those who asked! They were filming for MTV while we were there and it just went off when Sex on Fire and Use Somebody Etc came on! Wi never forget it. Got the drummers drumstick too was an amazing night!

  7. Does anyone know how to upload pictures from my computer, straight on to here? Or do you have to put them on the internet first??

    You have to upload them somewhere, e.g. photobucket or imageshack or you can post a link from another website like you did for your myspace pictures. You can either embed them and post the picture in your post or you can just stick a link in like any other URL and forward people to another page. The only pictures you can upload onto here are gig photos as far as I'm aware (that meet certain criteria, i.e. suitable resolution and size)

    Yep, any .jpg or .png photo higher than 800x600 to match 1600 pixel total size and no more than 6MB (6144Kb). You can always check your picture is good enough to put in the Photos section (it's probably good enough content-wise, but by quality-wise, technically) by right-clicking the picture and seeing the width by the height.

    Any photo will do on the forum pages, but for the photo gallery it needs to match that. On Photobucket and Imageshack, they should have an FAQ page to find out how it works...



    What it says on the Photo Upload page:


    Thank you for considering uploading photos to U2start, we really appreciate it. We developed this easy photo-upload wizard for you (English only), you can upload up to 25 photos at once to our servers (for example: all your high quality concert photos). Here is how it works:

    1. Click on "Add new photo(s)" to start adding photos to the photo-list, you can add multiple photos at once.
    2. When you're done, press "Upload added photos" and wait untill the uploads are ready.
    3. When they are ready, and there are no errors, press "Proceed to step 2" to proceed.
    There are a few rules for the photos that you add, please read all of them carefully:

    * Your photos must have a resolution larger than or equal to 1400 pixels (the sum of both sides, 800x600 will work, 1000x400 too).
    * The quality of your photos must be near-perfect, a high resolution doesn't necessarely mean that the quality is high too.
    * Your photos cannot exceed the filesize of 6 MB (6144 kb).
    * We will not approve copyright protected photos without mentioning or permission from the author.
    * Your photos cannot have an obvious logo or copyright on it that's blocking our view.
    * Your photos must have something to do with the band U2 (doh).
    * We do not allow photos of people besides U2 members (people dressed up as U2 for example).
    * We do not allow compilation photos, a photo is something that's created with a camera, not with Photoshop.
    * We do not allow photos of people's U2 collections, nobody can do anything with such a photo, it's useless.
