1. XD

I always knew you were a top man Sergio

If we're gonna talk about underrated singles, I'd put forward The Fly - sure, it caused a hell of a stir when it came out but I mean, I don't think it would be far off to say that it's not well known these days. One of the great U2 songs, and yet again I don't think many people outside of us strange bunch who are fans know of it.
  2. At 1988 they were at the top, and at the same time they already were being bashed for everything... Releasing Love Rescue Me woulnd't have been a major problem, moreover it's a fantastic song and deserved it
  3. Most underrated song - magnificent.
  4. Of course I am!!!

The Fly is (musically) overrated as a song IMO, even though the album version is great, I have to admit it. Moreover, if we consider the whole bunch of circumstances of the song, it's a landmark on U2's history... But I don't think it's a better song than Horses or Dirty Day...

You can't be serious. It's one of the best U2-songs ever imo. Album version is awesome, but the live versions are just heaven. Not many people know about the song but it's hard to say if ti's underrated or not.

I only enjoy a few live versions... 1993-08-28 Dublin (that "Achtung babyyyyy" scream is awesome), 1992-05-22 Milan and 2001-04-20 San Jose. Stop counting. The rest are just boring for me.

U23D version? Elevation Boston version? Zoo TV Sydney?
  8. U23D was great, but only because of the "enviroment" of the song (watching Bono singing directly to your face was awesome), but the actual rendition of the song was just average, as well as Boston 01, Sydney 93...

Sao Paulo 2006 was fantastic , that beggining is priceless.
  9. Top five:

    1. One tree hill
    2. Lemon (excellent)
    3. Rejoice (kickin' drums)
    4. Acrobat
    5. Two Hearts (awesome bass)

The POP CD was excellent, but POPMart was over the top and the music was not given a fair shake. Everyone focused on the village people video, arch, lemon ball, etc...

I hoped they have learned that its about the music not the olives. Play it and they will come!!
