In fact, our Orchestra is a pretty cool Orchestra, by Orchestra standards lol We're playing Elenor Rigby on Friday I actually like the song better without vocals, we make it sound so much more full, more complete. We've only played it together three times so far too.

Our band is learning how to play Yesterday and Let it Be, even though we're done for the year
I like it better without the vocals too. But I love the song either way

Well, I'm sure you can still talk to her even though you're not in the same classes Do you have her number?

Yea, I don't get Radiohead (at least not OK Computer), but they're very highly regarded by critics (even moreso than U2).

No, I don't unfortunately, I was chatting to her via email though, but it won't work as she took time off from uni and is deciding whether she wants to do something else.

  3. Ooooooh I'm intrigued!!

Radiohead is good, they're just odd.
Aw, that sucks. Well, at least you can email her

I'm sure that you guys sound really well!!!
Is it a bad thing that I am not particularly fond of the Beatles? (except for our version of Elenor Rigby? )

It too me a ton of listens to like Amnesiac, three to like Kid A. Two to like the bends.

Not bad, just...troublesome Not really. People act like they're a band that everyone likes, but they really are one of those bands that you either love or just don't get them. Like Radiohead, or Bruce Springsteen

Hmm, I like more than Eleanor Rigby, but I think they're a bit too old to be really relevant to us young folk. Music has come a long way since the 60's as well.

I am still not a big fan of all their records. Took me some time to like Rubber Soul
