And any other albums, provided they're not mixed to death - Working On A Dream for example.

Err, he's a bit overexcited Drew, don't get your expectations up, they're not that good.
But Hot Fuss is definitely one of the all time great album debuts.

Well, she's my sisters new favourite singer, so i've unintentionally heard a fair bit, most of her stuff is typical inoffensive, country pop fare.

But let's face it her albums sell cause of the eye candy on the cover.
And from that pic Dan posted, anyone else think her jaw looks a tad sharp?

Aw, come on... you haven't listened to Sam's Town? Bling, When You Were Young, Read my Mind? Incredible songs, all of them... The Killers are a bit poppier than U2, but that doesn't necessarily make 'em bad. I kind of think of the Killers as being a lot like U2, just a lot funkier but without as good a guitarist... I saw them in concert the first time earlier this month, and it was as good a show or maybe even better than the last two U2 shows I've seen (although the first 4 U2 shows I've been to were the best I've ever seen from any band). Granted, it's all a matter of taste, but the Killers are my second favorite band. And I like the fact they change their sound with every album... it's one of the things I like about U2, as well...

Nope, never listened to it in my life.

  6. Yes I have and they are amazing . But they are more poppier and I reckon more younger people like them, about 25 years old. These are people who can be bothered to buy CDs and so that why The Killers do so well in charts! Killers play great music that is very popular with young people. U2 play the best music that is more popular to older people who grew up listening to U2, young U2 fans like me are quite rare I think.
  7. I lost my virginity while Sam's Town was playing...

    I'm not joking

  8. LOL, MEGA LOL, dunno what else to say, just... LOL!!
