  2. from looking at the pics of the bottom of the spire i can't really see where the circular screen is going to go?

    the top of the spire (above the claw) makes perfect sense - its has the orange wraparound and is covered in lights with a kind of mirrorball at the top. but its the bottom half that i dont understand?

    i thought this part of the spire would be there purely to hold the circular screen in place but it is also covered in lights with the orange wraparound the same as the top of the spire - as if its going to be visible? what would be the point of decorating the bottom half unless it was going to be totally visible?!

    so if it is going to be visible wheres the screen gona go?
  3. what if the screen gets attached to the bottom part of the spiral ... but screens go outside, as opposed to attached close to the spiral part ./..so those close to teh stage will see the spiral behind the screens .. but those further away wont see that, they will just see the screen ?
    and I was in barcelona for the last vertigo gig (only 5 minutes but hey ...) and still ... seeing this thing ... going all the way to the top of the stadium .... ha ha .... cant wait for it to be dark .... we will be underneath a sort of spaceship .... and surrounded by screaming u2lovers ...
    what a punishment .....

    We all know the Vertigo Stage. It was big, moderately huge, etc.
