1. I just used Wikipedia, and for most of the venues Wikipedia included a capacity for different types of events, including concerts. So the numbers shown are what Wikipedia shows as the "concert capacity" or, if no concert capacity is listed, then just the capacity, which I assume does not include GA.

  2. I agree! I've never been in a venue that large. I think in tours past U2 has always filled those huge venues in Europe (correct me if I'm wrong). In North America though, a lot of concerts have been held in basketball arenas, which typically are MUCH smaller. Of course, the PopMart screen and the U2360 Claw won't fit into a basketball arena. I LOVE outdoor concerts if they can get the speakers/acoustics set up correctly.

  3. hope to see u there at July 20th/21st
  4. Damn! 100 000people at Wembley. It is going to be one hell of a show

  9. yep. Croke Park holds 82,380, but thats on a normal match day. I reckon they will fit closer to 100,000 in considering the sixe of the pitch. The pitches used for Gaelic Football and Hurling are much bigger than soccer pitches and Croke Park is the maximum size for a GAA pitch. It's huge!
  10. Croke has got 82'000 seats?!?! LOL then that plus 8-10'000 standing people... Makes up around 90'000 people... 90'000 loud bastards. Great thing

That match day figure includes Hill 16. This concert wont. Expect 85,000
  12. Milan 85,000
