Rolling Stones was just an example of a boring band without political meaning
Yep, heard those, brilliant gigs indeed
But that doesn prove a thing, does it?
Vertigo Saitama is brilliant too.
Elevation had a couple of awesome gigs.
And PopMart Santiago was awesome...had quite some politics in it
Same for PopMart Sarajevo..
Lovetown shows were quite political, and some of those were brilliant (Point Depot, Rotterdam)
So I dont think their music gets affected by it..
TIP: Listen to Sunday Bloody Sunday on 2001-07-31, Arnhem. 10 minutes, pure politics, but you'll love it
