1. that's my song people, my song!!

  2. Definitely, I'm not THAT keen on Edge's guitar part during the chorus, I think basic chords would sound much better, but shit who am I to tell the master how he should play his guitar!?

ELECTRICAL STORM PEOPLE! ELECTRICAL !£$%&*!!"?? STORM!

Strange, before tonight I never thought it could really cut it live. Shows you even the best can get it wrong at times...

  3. I strongly disliked some parts, but just knowing it's its first live performance is awesome

  4. Yeah, especially Edge's guitar work needs some improvement if I compare this live version with the studio. But on the other hand, they usually change things live anyway.

First performances of OOTS were bugger with Vertigo and improved later on, I'm more than happy with this early rendition.
  5. A bit of tweaking here'n'there and it could become a classic. 7/10 debut in my books.
  6. More vids coming from Matthias (U2Gigs). He says he has lots of them.
  7. I recorded the gig to but found my recorder had died when I lifted it at the end of MOS. No charger with me so can't comment on quality or quantity. Shall find out tomorow.
  8. I don't know why Edge butchered the original chorus. I don't like the new chords.

    D - E - f#m - A
is the studio version, and I like it best that way.
  9. this is insane ,listening to everything live and getting video copy just hours after the show. I just want to thank everyone for everything tonight. Wish I had tickets and the $$ to travel to Europe / Spain.

Yeah same here, it sounds like he's using octaves or something but it kinda detracts. Anyway, enough complaining, the fact they've brought it out of the cupboard is more than enough for a simple mind such as mine
