U2 - I'll Go Crazy If I Don't Go Crazy Tonight

  1. Have they made a video? I was just listening to NLOTH again (haven't in a few weeks) and, while I initially thought CT, GOTB, and SUC were the weakest songs on the album, in light of the events in Iran they are exceptionally timely. I think U2 should dedicate "Crazy Tonight" to the popular student movement. Maybe contribute proceeds from the single to some Iranian-related organization or something like that. Listen to the song, and GOTB and SUC, and then look at the images and stories from Iran. Amazing.

    Video will be a mix of videos fans have sent in of themselves and of live footage shot at the second Barcelona show.

    I think David O'Reilly is just gonna pick which footage send in from the fans can be used and in which order. Maybe this is also his idea? To let the fans send in vids?

    I guess you can be called talented (or lazy) to compile some videos from the fans and learn to cut and paste.

    Does this band like remixes or what? At least they've got fancy names...surely it's not that hard to go through your tapes and find a decent B-side.

    For whatever reason since the release of the album everything to do with the songs - videos, singles, artwork, promotion, waste of space, whatever, has been so utterly crap. Remix after remix, forgetting to ship the singles if people DID want to buy them and all that stuff. Why support and buy those singles if the band are doing jack shit to push it along???

    This was on U2.com as well. I kinda like the beginning.

  12. It is, it was great to see it on television when I was watching Conan O' Brian last night lol. Whatever that mix is (I'm assuming the single edit...), it's awesome. I hope to hear it in full.
