I'm talking about the series in general.

  3. Haha, my thoughts exactly. Not the laugh-fest I led to believe. Brad Pitt aside, I thought it was fairly mediocre. Not the best from the Cohen brothers by a long shot.

For my part, in hindsight, I thought it was bollocks
  4. The last movie that I sat and watched in a movie theatre was the LA Film Festival screening of "It Might Get Loud" featuring Jimmy Page, The Edge and Jack White. Even cooler? Jack White and Jimmy Page were there! Good times.

Lucky git lol! Any idea as to whether that'll be made available for general release or do y'think it's just a thingy for cinema?
  6. Godfather it was gorgeous

  7. Haha, one of my fav lines

    That's a bit harsh lol
They are shit, but they're shit that I love, if that makes any sense. I enjoyed those books when I was younger, I have fond memories of them, so watching the movies gives me a bit of nostalgia, y'know?

    Always is

Hmm, I dunno, I don't really dig the films. I loved the books until I got to about 14? Prisoner of Azkaban was the pinnacle for me, after that I just lost interest. And hang on, "when I was younger" !? You're 14 matey, YOU'RE STILL YOUNG! lol. Young people these days...

Lol, when I was younger then I am now still counts as when I was younger
POA was definitely the best book, can't top that one. The movies are alright, but after having read the books, I feel obligated to go see them

Aha, I know the feeling. Problem is, I know I'm gonna be disappointed even before hand, not that I go in with any kind of mindset, I try and enjoy them but I've already got my own ideas for the books etc., and the films just provide an unwanted contrast. And what I was getting at was that you were sounding like some old fogey with "when I was younger" lol I don't doubt you were younger then, that's kinda how it works lol, but yeah, anywaaaaaaaaaaaaaay...

Indeed, although I like Order of the Pheonix, so maybe it won't be to bad.
Yeah, it kind of came out wrong, I wasn't aiming for that, but looking back, it did kind of sound like that lol
