  1. Hello!

    Does anyone know when you receive your tickets. I live in Belgium and I'm going to the first Wembley gig but I would like to know when I'll have my tickets.

  2. Latest official information is this:

    ***13th July update****

    As of today, 13th July, no tickets have been printed or dispatched yet for any shows on this tour. Ticket dispatch will commence ASAP.

    As stated at the time of purchase, we aim to send all tickets as soon as possible and the latest that you can expect to receive them is a week before the date of your event. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any more specific despatch information than this at this stage.

    If you are travelling away from the billing address longer than a week before the date of the show you have booked for, please only contact us a week before you are due to travel if your tickets have still not arrived. We will be able at that stage to make alternative arrangements to ensure your entry into the event. Please do not submit requests for us to speed up the dispatch of your particular order as for logistical reasons it is not possible for us to do this.


    If you're lucky you'll receive your tix one week ahead of the show. Otherwise you'll have to collect them at the box office.

  4. I am going to both Wembley shows and also to Sheffield.

    I have not received the tickets for Wembley but the Sheffield ones came about 10 days after buying them which was on the day they went on sale.
  5. Cardiff tickets arrived on friday , so maybe Wembley is not far behind them.

  10. wembley will be shipped a week before the show. Cutting it fine
  11. Cardiff arrived Friday. .

    Wembley one's have always been late in my experience.
