  6. U2.com contacted polish fan Zbych and informed that band want to record FLAG during the New Years Day.

    Here is story of flag made by Zbych



    So join us in Chorzów and:

    If you have GRANDSTAND / SEATING tickets, you take something WHITE (towel, t-shirt, paper, white glowing mobile etc.).
    If you have PITCH / GRASS tickets you should take something RED.

    When the band starts to play “New Year’s Day” – the song inspired by Solidarity Movement and Lech Walesa – everyone starts to wave with shirts, papers, towel and thus massive FLAG will be created.

    REGARDLESS OF YOUR NATIONAL COLOURS - JOIN US!

    But I don't think it will be as great as last tour by repeating it...

    The performance quality of the last Chorzow show pretty much sucked though. NYD was horrible. I have high expectations this time around.
