  1. I just downloaded this bootleg, and it seems like the whole recording is like a touch too high or something. Like Bono's voice seems a bit more high pitch than usual, as does the pitch of Edge's guitar. Anyone else notice this?

    Also, could anyone recommend some good quality UF bootlegs? I really want to listen to them!
  2. use the star rating filter. Its there for a reason and should be mostly accurate

    I haven't tried this show, but I do know that a bunch of bootlegs, especially old DAT tapes or cassette tapes from the 1980s that have since been transferred over to digital WAV / FLAC / MP3, are too fast. Sometimes WAY too fast (1987-11-08 Denver - the Rattle And Hum show, for instance).

    Correct, if you are a bit techincal you can adjust the pitch using an audio editor. But unfortunately there is not much we can do about it
  7. Thanks for the help guys. And Gerry, I do use the star rating system, it's just for the UF tour there is barely any 5 or 4.5 shows, which is normally what I look for. After that it gets a little hazy. Call me picky and fussy, but it's true!

    You can slow it down with Wave Lab.

    I made it with the rip from my Rattle and Hum DVD, which runs way too fast because of the PAL Speed Up.
