1. If they are not playing Zooropa and Pop songs in Europe, I wouldn't hold my breath to hear them in the US. I wish, but I don't see it.
  2. I would love it if the played Love And Peace Or Else again. Of course if they played it on this tour Bono wouldn't have the Coexist headband on his head but it would still be brilliant. I really don't want it to be one of the songs they play on 1 tour supporting the album it's from.
Stand Up Comedy and Fez-Being Born need to be played too.

I agree about Love And Peace Or Else. I think that song is kick ass!
  4. Hmmm. I'd like to see more of the Amsterdam II/Dublin I type setlist, and I'd really like to see NLOTH open and '40' close (or in between Bad and Streets). (Wouldn't mind hearing Bad, 40, Streets, UTEOTW, Elevation, TUF, Stay, I Will Follow, Electrical Storm, and Shine Like Stars all in one show, lol, but that won't happen, I don't think.) I'm guessing that we might see AOH and/or Desire in Chicago with some Michael Jackson snippets, since MJ was from Gary, about 15 miles away from Chicago or so. The encore needs to get switched up...aside from Barca II, they've done the same one every show, right? Boooooooooring. Wouldn't mind a few more songs from Boy, Achtung, or Atomic Bomb...but I'm not sure where they'd all fit in.

And yes, Stand Up Comedy needs to make its way into the setlist. I still think that has the potential to be the best live song from the album.

    ISS On-Orbit Status 08/18/09

At ~8:30am, the six crewmembers downlinked a non-interactive message to be incorporated by the music band U2 in their current North American Tour. [This event was a follow-up to the event conducted with U2 back on 6/26/09 when the ISS crew downlinked greetings for U2’s European tour venues. Per recent agreements between U2, the ISS crew and NASA, eaxch of the ISS crewmembers was requested to voice eight lines of U2’s new song ”Your Blue Room” that, along with a montage of space and ISS scenes that NASA is providing to U2 separately, will play during their U.S. tour dates. If Your Blue Room is gonna be making an appearance, what's to stop Cedars of Lebanon, Being Born or White As Snow being played too?
  6. Alright, that sounds pretty cool. They did an ISS thing at the first gig in Barcelona...hopefully they'll do Your Blue Room in Chicago. That would be tight. I'll try and get video if they do.

There are a million more songs I'd rather hear than this one.

  8. As much as I like love the Passengers album, Your Blue Room doesn't seem like a song that would work all that well live, but you never know.

What it means there's a good chance of a North American film being released, if they're doing this - or at least something should come out of it. I'm still hanging out for something like Levitate, which would be a way cooler song to do. The crowd might not know it too well, but regardless, it's song which would go so well live, like City of Blinding Lights - but a thousand times better.

I'd rather hear something from Pop or Hold, Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me.

I'm really excited for the first show in North America though, to see if there are many shake-ups.
  10. Yeah...although if they're doing the Your Blue Room gig that night, they'll probably go with a more traditional Barca 1 setlist...which would be slightly less enjoyable for me, since my favorite songs are the ones they usually only play at Amsterdam II/Dublin I/Wembley II-type shows (especially Bad and UTEOTW). I don't know. Maybe they can throw together the best of both worlds. We'll see. I'm still rather excited to see them...23 days!
  11. And if they play Your Blue Room, wouldn't that be the first time that they've played a Passengers song live that they haven't released as U2 (Miss Sarajevo having been released on Best of 90-00)?
