  6. Still gathering thoughts. As you can probably tell, I thought it was amazing. Bono had a little raspiness due to wedding (which he talked about a few times). Unique setlist order felt special enough without any debuts.

    They were all grins and massive smiles and Bono was really on it. Huge passion. Ripped out his IEM's a few times to hear 70000 Welsh (+others of course ) belting out him. They seemed genuinely moved.

    Apparently Edge requested that the tour end in Cardiff.

  9. Just a note on something Ger said - I'm pretty certain the band did soundcheck - there was someone who sounds a hell of a lot like Bono singing COBL if not....

    Didin't notice absence of tip. Couldn't care less.

    There was a last minute setlist change - Bono's guy came on during Space Oddity and changed the taped one by Bono's feet.

    Maybe our massive vocals, huge Mexican waves and relentless beachball volleyball egged them on??

    Very few empty seats too I might add. And GA was heaving
