1. I was in Cardiff and it was a great show with lots of energy. But it seemed that Bono was rather emotional during the show. He missed some of ihs cues and was struggling during the start of Bad.

He dedicated MLK to a different person than Aung San Suu Kyi. Does anyone know who that was and if that could have influenced on the playing of Bono?

Someone mentioned it being his wedding anniversary or something? Perhaps it was to his wife if that was the case.

If i remember it was for a Pamela Hunter who was a close friend of the band and was fighting for her life.
  4. Yep, Pamela Hunter. Sounded very serious.
It had been his 20th Wedding Anniversary the night before, in addition to Andrea Corr's wedding, so that will have chipped in too.

And I genuinely think the crowd really got him going too.

  5. Indeed it was. And unfortunately Pamela died shortly after, and was buried today.
  6. Wow Multicam with IEM audio looks real promising - will have to see if i have any worthwhile video from that night to donate.
