  1. Hey. I'm having trouble logging into this site from my phone. Even the mobile site does not work correctly for me.
  2. Remy is working on the logon system to improve security. He can fix this issue if you can give us a bit more info:

    * Do you get an error message?
    * Have you changed your password recently?

    If you changed your pw recently please do it again, because Remy fixed some issues in that part yesterday

    I don't get an error message nor have I changed my password. I type in my info. and I go to sign in but nothing happens.
  4. Can you try it on your computer? Go to http://m.u2start.com/ and try to log in. If that doesnt work let me know i will look at the code
  5. Yes. I can log on to the site from my computer with no problem.
  6. Hmmm.... Have you tried deleting browser cache on your mobile? What kind of mobile do you have ?
  7. I have a Samsung M-something or another (not sure on the specifics haha). I deleted my history and it still doesn't work. I was banking on having this up and running for when I go to Toronto ffor the concert.
