  1. Hi guys,

    Sorry if this is discussed elsewhere, if it is I can't find it.

    Does anybody know what the distorted computer voice is saying in the intro to Ultraviolet? No metter how many times I listen, I can't figure it out.
  2. I think there is a topic on this. Anyway it's a poem called 'Funeral Blues' by W.H. Auden.

    'Stop all the clocks, cut off the telephone,

  3. thanks similar question for the intro for beautiful day europe tours `we love you ,nothing you can do` wheres that from...and...on the august 14 show `what does bono say about london bridge..........`london bridge is not falling down i made it,london bridge is still up`.....Cheers....

    The "we love you" thing doesn't come from any other song as far as I know. Made up and prerecorded for the intro, I'd say. Bono sometimes sings along.

    The London bridge thing is Bono turning the the old traditional "London bridge is falling down" around to kiss the city's ass. ;-)

    It's "london bridge is not falling down, my fair lady, london bridge is still around"
