  1. Hey guys, quick q. what time has U2 actually been getting on stage for the north american tour exactly? Makes a difference to know if i can get there in time. Thanks!
  2. As far as I can tell from the Chicago shows, presuming the ticket start time was 7:00pm (it is for the Toronto shows this week), U2 comes on at 8:45.

    I think it is Snow Patrol (I will avoid this): 7:00 to 7:45
    1 hour break (way too long)
    U2: 8:45

    Proper system is Springsteen: he's on about 40 to 45 minutes after ticket start time (with, of course, no opening act.)

    In response to readers who have asked about set times for Sunday's show — on Saturday, opening band Snow Patrol started at 7 p.m. and U2 took the stage at 8:40 p.m. and played till 10:50 p.m.
