haha, thats class!! I know the feeling, exactly!

  7. When I was in school I was forced as part of my course to take a public speaking class. The thought of getting up in front of everyone, and having to give a speach really made me nervous...Luckily, we were able to pick our own topics.

One of the assignments was to recite a poem. Like I said, I was nervous about this, and my mind went blank when trying to come up with something....soooooo....

I decided to recite The Fly! LOL!

It turns out that I was able to get up there and recite it, without passing out and dying...and the class really seemed to like it! I don't think that anyone realized that it was a U2 song...or even a song for that matter, either!

Anyway...it was the best thing that I did in that class...and I was soooo glad when it was finally over.

Nowadays I, it seems that things in life seem to be interconnected to U2...when I hear someone say something...say about a lemon, or anything U2 related my brain immediately cross references the U2 meaning behind it...and if i'm with my daughter or any of my other U2 people, we immediately blurt it out to each other....

About Linear, I think it's a nice piece of work. Corbijn really impresses me on anything he creates. About that earlier stuff, could be interesting indeed. Still it's a good thing
  9. When you can sing-along with almost any snippet during a live concert (like me on Amsterdam II, even though Bad was played for the first time in 360, I had the feeling Fool To Cry was one of the snippets so I started to sing it when Bono did. Same goes for 40)
  10. When you are told that someone has Vertigo you quietly giggle to yourself.

When I was studying media a few years ago we were told we had to do a presentation on a TV station, and I thought of asking my lecturer could I do Zoo TV.
  11. When the only song you agree to sing on Singstar is Beautiful Day
