1. Nice guessing so far. Yeah, that's plausible...not my favorite setlist of the tour, really hoping they're not filming this one for DVD...
  2. I really wish that YBR would become a mainstay in the set. Stuck should also be permanently dropped for Stay, unless they feel ballsy enough to drop both of those songs and do different acoustic songs. Would love an acoustic MW, like they rehearsed in Barcelona.

Seems they are going to play the following 19 of 23 song every night, which only leaves 4 "other" songs to plug:

    Breathe
    No Line on the Horizon
    Get On Your Boots
    Magnificent
    Beautiful Day
    Elevation
    Unknown Caller
    The Unforgettable Fire
    City of Blinding Lights
    Vertigo
    Crazy Tonight
    Sunday Bloody Sunday
    MLK
    Walk On
    One
    Streets
    Ultraviolet
    With or Without You
    Moment of Surrender

How about Please / SBS (snippet) verses a full SBS?

  4. ^^
    wheres streets ?
  5. After ONE.... So, actually, they play the same 19 of 23 songs each night.
  6. I am buying a lottery ticket tomorrow....

  7. I would love to say you are wrong, but it seems they are sticking to the same 19 songs and alternating the other 5 songs, so I think you may be correct.....

I have tix to three different shows so I am not complaining.... anytime I get to see them live I feel blessed and walk away feeling completely moved by the experience of a live U2 show and an incredible crowd... I am hoping one of my three shows are the "high points" of the tour, though its tough to beat Poland and NYD!
  8. just got back from the show...nice mix up...I'll post my full review tomorrow

I'll give all of you a hint, just a warning, I'm gonna be VERY critical.

    curious now, let's hear it
  12. ok, 1st show of the tour for me, and i was not 100% happy.
Don't get me wrong, the show was good, but the band were off.

I didn't take exact notes and it is only 7/8 hours after the show but i, like the poster above, also think there were a few minor mistakes during the set. The biggest being during MOS when ear piece fell out of BONO's ear and although he tried to recover the song it really didn't go over well... it was a very bad way to end the show...very bad.

The sound was strangly bad for people in the upper/upper levels... so bad infact that most had left the upper/upper levels and made their way down to the lower bowl...just to listen to the last 25% of the show

Overall....7.5 out of ten for me, hope the second show tonight works better. Biggest disapoinment for me... no pride (sorry to all the haters)

on a side note traffic is horrible and parking is insane $40.00 for stadium and it took 1.5 hours to exit the parking lot....on the good note you could drink and cook outoor right up to the time of the show..gates open at 3 with 5:30 GA admission...

I have a lost of pictures to post.(will do in time... need more sleep.
