both identical in all but form factor. 1 slides, the other doesn't (6600 is tiny). Personally i'd go for the 6600 as the 6700 is too glitzy. The silver if full mirrored chrome and looks terrible when covered with finger prints. The black is a little better. 6600 also has a marginally better battery
