I 'am very sad to see that U2 don't play songs from POP ALBUM...

i think it's a mystake !!

songs like MOFO, gone, last night and discotheque by exemple are very good RnR Songs.

And the claw is perfect for that .

i would like to know what others u2's fans think about that.

Yes, but make that POP + ZOOROPA petition! Because besides the great songs from POP that fits perfectly with this stage, such as Gone, LNOE, Mofo, Discoheque, Do You Feel Loved, IGWSHA, and Please, there´s also Zooropa, Lemon and Numb!!!!!
Great idea man! Let´s make one petition and get a bunch of signatures and send it to the band!!!!!! ;p

Where would they go in the setlist?

Everything from COBL onwards is taken up. I reckon Mofo will make an appearance at some stage. I don't think Lemon can be performed in the same setlist as UF (too much strain on Bono's vocal chords), Numb is too unconventional (particularly for an American crowd), prob the same with DGPFYCC. Don't think they're comfortable with Discotheque.

Zooropa, LNOE, Gone, Dirty Day, Please maybe?

You could also rotate Discothéque with Zooropa sometimes.
Mofo could take the place of the Crazy Remix, that is a highlight but I bet many fans would like even more Mofo.
Discotheque - Ultraviolet could hava a nice transition like Discotheque - Velvet Dress and it could also work with Zooropa
There is also the fact that they soundchecked Mofo and IGWSHA!
If I saw this live, I would think it as the best setlist they´ve ever done....maybe just loses to a few concerts in Elevation and Vertigo...but those were simpler arena shows with more room for improvisation (which I like better)
