1. I heard pre-sale for Vienna was starting out a little rough today, hope all the errors will be fixed soon.

I don't have a presale code, since i'm not a U2.com member, but I have a friend working in our national ticket agency and I asked her (begged her actually ) to put two tickets aside for me. She said she can't handle more, but two should work. I hope it works out. I know from experience that buying tickets for the shows in Vienna is always stressful. In 2005, all the servers and computers crashed and not even the people lining up at the ticket office got the tickets they wanted. I think it's better (but more expensive) to buy via eventim, which is the German site, and NOT via oeticket, which is the Austrian site, because it sucks big time

But I'm sure within 11 months there will be plenty of opportunity to get tickets for those who missed out during presale or general sale.

But if you type eventim.at it re directs to oeticket, is there another link?
  3. Wow Ataturk is the dream.

    I like Frankfurt too:

And I want to go there, but it's the first show of the leg. Is that a good idea or not? Chances are that they will play some soms from the new album for the first time and some surprises like TUF and UV... Opening nigths arent that good generally. Good idea to go there or not?
  4. I'm fancying Paris as it's pretty close to my 40th birthday , and then holding out in the hope of some UK dates. I've never bought tickets for overseas concerts before having always used ticketmaster.co.uk. What's the procedure? Do I just go to the French version of ticketmaster?
  5. Well, TOUR opening nights are not that great, but I don't think there's any notable difference between normal shows and leg-starters.
Moreover, you can get some interesting surprises in person

Yep that would be the main reason for me to go there + it's during the holidays so I can even grab Hannover too. Other dates are too far away or during school, like Brussels. But as Dutchie I have to go to Brussels.... not easy.
  7. "Interesting" category arrangement and ticket prices for the Vienna gig:

  8. There seem to be no auction for the RZ next year, I got a €250 for Helsinki...

  9. it's a shame!
the most expensive prices concerning the categories of the whole tour

  10. The blue area behind the stage, seems to be cheapest, strange that that those ticks are cheaper than the one above...
