1. WTF, that review equals COBL to Streets.

  2. Ah, yes. Forgot to say - good review, minus the crazy comparison of those two tracks
  3. Word is Bono's voice was pretty worn out last night. Haven't had a chance to hear the boot yet though....thoughts?

  4. Sounded fine to me, but I was also on an adrenaline rush.

I have to say....the claw is fucking mindblowing.... Such a great show, I loved every second.
And poor Muse, the crowd was just dead for them, with the exception of a couple 100 people D:

  5. Good to hear...gig is much more fun when u just experience it and don't sit there and try to critique it to every bootleg you've ever heard. Glad you had fun

  6. Makes you wonder why they're bothering really....

So don't deserve that. Can you imagine in Europe.....oh God. People would be there early just to see Muse.

European audiences are so much better tha.......

    oops, wrong topic

Hmmm I notice in the comments section of the review that 3/4 remarks fail to talk about the gig itself, instead choosing to discuss parking.

    Those yanks

    Audience Recording

Olympus LS10 PCM WAV>PC>CD Sound Forge Pro 10.0 for Tracking and down converting 96Hz/24bit lossless to 48Hz/16bit and TLH to Flac

Recorded by Rebeltwins (DT) Section 111 Row BB on The Edge's side of the stage.

    Info:

In my opinion this alternate version is an upgrade to the other version circulating by RCarter.
RCarter did a nice job but my Olympus LS10 recorder seems to stand above the Zoom H2 recorder used by RCarter.
Can not say enough about how wonderful the LS10 is, invest in one if you want to record a show in the future.
I recorded the show on a 4GB SD card and the encore switched the 2GB internal memory.
I used the highest PCM setting for this recording 96,000 Hz 24 bit Stereo @ 4.2 gigs total.
I did use the wind covers for the mic's and have to thank my wife for keeping her noise level at a minimum throughout the show.
I also mounted a hand held camera tripod which screws into the LS10 so there would be no rubbing or banging of the recorder.
For the most part the crowd noise was minimal except for a few outbursts from the guy to my right but that's life.
It was a perfect night for an outdoor show. There was a full blue moon with no wind and the temperature in the 60's.
The show came off really well. I thought Bono's voice was above average and the band played tight.
    Enjoy
    Cheers,

    Rebeltwins

P.S. Keep this mp3 free, do not sell, maintain the legacy, but most importantly play it loud and often.

  10. The new recording is not a whole lot better, its more than decent though.
