I would imagine there's very few places on that list they would expect to be able to sell-out twice and they don't want a half empty stadium. Plus they've been to Europe once already so the bigger countries (France, Germany etc) have had a few shows already (hence no 2-night stay at Paris, for example). Suspect there'll be fewer 2-night gigs until they go to Oceania etc. Not like Zoo where there is a whole different tour concept to show off / change from arena to stadium

You won't have any problem in getting tickets for Frankfurt. No need to buy them now. There'll be plenty available in the next months.
Hanover might get tricky. But some quotas will pop up every now and then.
