1. this discussion got a tiny bit off topic...

  4. Well, After spending some time riding coasters and winding down. I jumped on a plane and headed straight to Dallas. The weather was a complete opposite. Freaking Cold!!! Rainy and Cloudy, what a difference.

I was at the stadium by 2:00 again. I wanted to see if maybe I could get a glimpse of the band drive by or something, but after spending some time at the place where I thought the band would roll in and talking to fans, we all decided that the stadium was not very fan friendly so we all headed to the GA line. Which was a winding line of body's all around the stadium. I was the 1,089 person at 2:30, but it doesn't really matter in a way because I talked to some people that arrived at 6:00 and got in the inner circle, Oh well, I made some friends and it was fun talking with everyone.

This time the stadium was closed and air conditioned which was a huge difference from the hot, humid open Tampa Stadium. The Cowboys stadium is freaking huge. I have never seen a structure like it, Evar!! Everything says Cowboys on it, from the hot dog wrappers to the porto-potties. The band seemed to be in better form this night. It wasn't hot and the crowd was loud. There were times I saw Bono and Edge smile at each other like "Heall Yeah"!!

We stood on Edge's side this time, about 8 poeple from the front of the stage. This was really cool, because nothing beats seeing the Edge Jam on his Guitar. The bridge would stop under us once. but It was cool we made it work. The crowd was great. Singing loudly to most of the songs. Lots os energy. Dallas Fans are Great!!!
Bono mentioned Tony Romo was in the house and it seemed like the band didn't want it to end, as we didn't either.

Some poeple would complain of the sound quality in certain areas of the stadium. But where we were in both Tampa and Dallasin GA, it sounded great. But were right under the giant speakers so I really can't say. I did hear the massive echo every once in a while.

Well... It seems my U2 weekend hasn't ended. While waiting for the show to start we saw this guy that looked significantly like Bono. We asked "Are you from Mysterious Ways"? Which is a U2 Tribute/Cover band from Austin Tx. He said "yes, That's me, I'm Patrick"!! And it turns out Mysterious Ways is playing in El Paso tomorow night. Soo I can keep my U2 Vibe going for one more weekend before next summer!!

Soon I'll be posting some of the best pics I took of the show. Stay Tuned to my Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/people/Roxanne-Rios/100000228232322 !!!

Thanks to everyone who made this Dream become Reality. And Of Course Bono, Adam, Edge and Larry!!!!

    Dallas was Off the HOOK!!!!
  5. My pics of the Dallas show are finally posted, Add me!!

Found this video of a fan walking into the Cowboy Stadium GA! It was Crazy walking through that tunnel. It seemed forever before we reached the floor, but when we did, it was Heaven On Earth!!! This is what it was like for us!
