Seen them live twice. Both great experiences - November 11th 2006 (Manchester) and 16th June 2007 (Wembley).
Never really gave them a listen until when they opened for U2 in GA. I couldn't believe how good they were live and was a bit disappointed when they only played 9 songs. The tixs stated the show started at 7pm, but they didn't come on until 730 and only for about 45 minutes.
I am a fan now though... Undisclosed desires, Maps, Starlight are a few of my favs!
now i love it.
). Re. Guiding Light, it's a favourite of mine from the album too, I for one love the solo and the rolling guitar-work, kinda reminds me of Sweetest Thing live during the Elevation tour? Similar part anyway. There's not one song on it that I can't bear to listen to BUT, as you say, nothing has grabbed me by the short'n'curlies either. It just feels like a solid Muse album cut from moulds already used. I still see it as BH&R, Part Deux, but that's simply personal opinion
I said the same thing once Matt started singing during Overture!
